SPECIAL DIETS

Thai cuisine is not considered only fragrant and tasty, but healthy as well!

The balance of flavour is key in Thai cuisine. Therefore, curries, pastes, and dressings are all produced by hand, from scratch. Fat is used scarcely and is rarely of animal origin. Fresh vegetables and fragrant herbs are plentiful on all courses.

Our versatile menus are served for the whole party only. However, special diets are always accommodated individually.

Should one of your party have a special diet or allergy, we warmly recommend you to choose one of our menus.
Our kitchen will make sure all guests are served the same amount of food, simultaneously, with diets taken into account.

Gluten & Dairy

In Thai cuisine wheat and dairy is uncommon. Therefore, Boon Nam’s menus are entirely gluten free. Dairy and lactose is mainly used in desserts. These can be avoided with minimum effort. Our soy sauce is approved by the The Finnish Coeliac Society.

Vegetarians & Vegans

We accommodate all vegetarian diets from no red meat to vegans. We would gladly send you the current vegetarian menu upon request.
Menus are always served for the whole table to share with one or more vegetarians being served individually. A variety of vegetarian à la carte portions may also be found.

Pregnancy diet

Our tasting menus do not include unpasteurized dairy, uncooked meats or seafood. They are suitable unmodified for most pregancies.

Allergies

A vast majority of other allergies can be accomodated in Boon Nam. Including nuts, eggs and seafood. Please be advised that fish sauce and oyster sauces are also used in meat courses. We always check should these pruducts be suitable for guests with a seafood allergy.
